Custom Orders: 

Availability:  When inquiring about availability please be advised that current availability is subject to change at any time as other orders are received.  Availability inquiries do not reserve the time; availability is reserved once an order is placed and paid in full. 

Placing a Custom Order:  Invoices will be sent to your email address and will give you the ability to make your payment.  Your invoice is good for 72 hours after it is sent.  If not paid within 72 hours the order will be canceled. 

If you wish to pay with cash you will be responsible for bringing the payment to me.  I do not accept personal checks and will not hold availability without payment. 

Canceling a Custom Order:  

Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable; however, payment may be transferred to a future order if notice is given at least seven (7) days before the original order is scheduled for pick up or shipping date. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six (6) months.  

In the event that an order must be canceled by The Happy Cookie, due to an emergency or circumstances rendering the order unable to fulfill, a full refund will be issued.

Changing a Custom Order:  

 

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are solely at the discretion of The Happy Cookie and depend on my capability to accommodate the request. 

Shipping:  I ship cookies within the continental United States.  Shipping is calculated by USPS; for those items that cannot be calculated, shipping is $15 for the first two (2) dozen and $5 for every additional dozen.  When requesting an order for shipment the customer assumes the risk for damaged or broken cookies, shipping delays, or other problems with shipping beyond the control of The Happy Cookie.  All claims for damage are to be sought by the customer from the shipping company.  There will be no refunds or credits given for cookies that are shipped.
